In Xurrent Self Service, a language selector is now available of the supported languages are defined in the Self Service Settings.

It is now possible to configure which languages your end users in Xurrent Self Service can select to see translations.

For UI extensions of the type Multiline or Rich text, an Auto translation option is now avaiable when using the ‘Snippet’ functionality.

Xurrent already supported the Latin Serbian language, and now Cyrillic Serbian is also supported.

People who prefer to communicate in Welsh in Xurrent can now read and write notes in that language, even if other users do not speak it.

Export selected entries of the Xurrent interface translations, for example to have them translated by a translation service.

Support for Lithuanian has now also been added. The user interfaces can now be translated and auto-translate can be enabled.

The auto-translation capabilities of Xurrent have been extended to cover the Macedonian language. and the interfaces can be translated.

People who prefer to communicate in Portugal Portuguese or Irish in Xurrent can now read and write auto-translated notes in that language.

Requests created in Icelandic will now automatically be translated into the preferred language of the specialists who open them.

Organizations that support a multilingual user community can now translate the placeholder texts in their custom fields.

Henceforth, knowledge articles can also be translated in the 'Translations' section of the Settings console.

Xurrent's auto translation functionality has been extended to help translators maintain the translations of request templates, knowledge articles, etc.

Xurrent Self Service, the Xurrent App and Xurrent's Specialist interface are now all available in Thai for people who prefer to work in this beautiful language.

To show the language preference of a person, Xurrent used to display a circle over the person's picture with a flag that symbolized this language.

Since more and more support specialists in Norway are using Xurrent, it became important to also translate the specialist interface into Norwegian.

Xurrent has now also been translated into Russian. This means that all specialists who speak Russian can switch their Xurrent interface to Russian.

Xurrent's Auto Translation feature now supports 9 more languages: Afrikaans, Amharic, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Croatian, Latvian, Serbian, Slovenian and Tamil.

Fans of this feature will be happy to hear that it now supports an additional six languages: Greek, Romanian, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese and Thai.

Going forward, Auto Translation will be switched on by default in every new person record so that these people do not have to switch it on for themselves.

The Translation icon now shows which language a note was translated from and which language it will translate into.
