Insights & updates from our experts
The Self Service interface for end users is now also available in Turkish. This makes things a little easier for organizations in Turkey when they give their employees access to Xurrent so that they can obtain support when they are struggling with an IT issue, have a question for HR about their pay stub, need to get a legal contract reviewed, etc.

As the number of supported languages keeps increasing, please remember that we very much welcome feedback. If you notice that a specific translation can be improved, you can let us know by submitting a request in Xurrent.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
