To make it easier for service provider organizations to support people in Georgia, the auto-translation capabilities of Xurrent have been extended to cover the Georgian language. This allows people to submit their requests in Georgian, even when most of the support staff may not be able to understand written Georgian.

Xurrent will translate the Georgian text into the preferred language of whoever picks up the request, provided that this person has the Auto translation option activated and has not excluded the Georgian language from getting translated.

Support organizations are now also able to translate all their translatable phrases into Georgian. They can do this in the ‘Translations’ section of the Settings console, just like they do for the other languages they support. The auto-translation functionality will assist the translator by suggesting a Georgian translation for each phrase.
