People in Iceland can now submit requests in Icelandic. Xurrent will automatically translate these requests into the preferred language of the specialists who open them, provided that these specialists have the Auto translation option activated and have not excluded the Icelandic language from getting translated.

Similarly, specialists can add information in Icelandic, knowing that Xurrent’s Auto Translation functionality will ensure that their colleagues and the supported users will see this information in their preferred language.
With the addition of the Icelandic language to the popular Auto Translation feature, the total number of supported languages is has reached 39.
