When a specialist is working on a record and someone else opens that same record, Xurrent’s collision detection feature displays a warning. What’s new is that the specialist is now able to click on the other person’s name that is displayed in the warning message. Clicking on the name of this other person opens the preview with this person’s contact details.

Being able to quickly access these contact details allows the specialist to call the other person to, for example, avoid having two people working on the same request.
