Spark Is Here — And This Time, We're Handing You the Keys to Our iPaaS

Every year, our customer conference is one of the moments I look forward to most. The energy in the room, the conversations that push our thinking, the chance to stand in front of the customers and partners who actually run their operations on Xurrent — there is nothing else quite like it.
This year is different. This year, we are not just sharing a roadmap with you. We are handing you something you can take home and start building with the same day.
Spark 2026: The iPaaS Comes Out of the Lab
For the last six months, my team and I have been living inside our new iPaaS. We have used it to build the integrations that power Xurrent — connecting systems, orchestrating workflows, moving data across tools that were never designed to talk to each other. It has quietly become one of the most important pieces of infrastructure we own.
At Spark 2026, we are opening it up to you.
Every attendee with an Enterprise license who joins the hands-on iPaaS training will walk out of the event with beta access. Live. In your hands. Ready to start building the moment you leave the room. No waitlist, no back-channel requests, no "we will be in touch." You learn it with us, and then you go use it.
Why I'm So Excited About This
I want to be honest about why this matters to me, and why I think it should matter to you.
Every ITSM and ITOM leader I talk to is dealing with the same problem: the work does not live in one place. It lives across a sprawl of tools — monitoring, CMDB, HRIS, identity, security, developer platforms, custom apps, AI agents — and the gaps between those tools are where friction, delay, and risk accumulate. Every integration project becomes a small negotiation with middleware, connectors, scripts, and specialists.
Our iPaaS exists to collapse that. It is about breaking down the boundaries between your systems and removing the friction that has historically made integration feel like a project instead of a feature. It is built directly into the platform you already use, by the team that builds the platform you already use — which means the integrations you create are not sitting off to the side in someone else's tool. They are first-class citizens of your Xurrent environment, governed, auditable, and ready to plug into everything else we are doing around agentic AI and orchestration.
We have been using it internally long enough to know it is good. Now I want you using it — and I want to hear what you build, what you break, and what you want next.

What to Expect
The day opens with registration and networking over coffee, followed by the Opening Keynote and a clear look at the Product Roadmap — what is shipping, what is coming, and what it means for you.
The afternoon goes deeper. Breakout Sessions. A Product Deep Dive. A Customer Showcase where you will hear directly from peers in the Xurrent community about how they are solving real challenges on the platform. An AI Update covering where Sera and the rest of our agentic work are heading.
And the centerpiece: hands-on iPaaS training. This is the session I am personally most excited about. You will build something real, with our team sitting next to you, and you will leave with beta access to keep going.
We wrap the formal program around 4:30 PM, and then it is drinks and bites — because some of the best conversations always happen away from the stage.
Why This Matters to Me Personally
I have spent enough time in this space to know that the distance between a vendor and its customers is the single biggest predictor of whether a product stays useful over time. Spark is how we close that distance. It is a chance for me and the team to listen, to be challenged, and to be reminded of the trust you place in us every day.
Handing you the iPaaS early, in person, with our team in the room — that is not a marketing moment for us. That is us saying we trust you to shape what this thing becomes.
Register Today
Spots are limited at each location, and the hands-on iPaaS training in particular will fill up quickly. I would encourage you not to wait. You can find full details and register at xurrent.com/event/xurrent-spark.
Whether you are a long-time customer, a partner, or just curious about where Xurrent is heading in ITSM, ITOM, and agentic AI — you are welcome at the table.
I will be there. Come build something with us.
See you in June.

A Letter From Our CEO: Our Path Forward
When I joined Xurrent as CEO in February, I made a commitment to myself before I made any commitments publicly: I would listen before I led. I would get in front of customers, sit down with our partners, and spend real time with the incredible team that built this platform — before I said a word about where I thought we were going.
