Every year, Connect has been one of my favourite moments in the Xurrent calendar. The energy in the room, the conversations that spark new ideas, the moments where customers and partners come together and remind us all why this community matters — I genuinely look forward to it.
But over the past year, something kept coming up in conversations with customers and prospects. Not about the content, not about the format — but about the hurdle of getting there. Travel budgets. Approval processes. The cost of taking multiple days out of the office. We heard you.
So this year, we made a decision: instead of asking you to come to us, we're coming to you.
Introducing Xurrent Spark — three regional, single-day events designed to bring you the best of Connect without the barriers.
Three Cities. Three Dates. One Community
- 🇬🇧 London — 17 June 2026
- 🇧🇪 Antwerp — 23 June 2026
- 🇩🇪 Munich — 25 June 2026
And yes — it's completely free to attend.
This wasn't a difficult decision. We believe in giving back to the customers and partners who trust us every day to keep their operations running. Removing the financial barrier to participation felt like the right thing to do, plain and simple.
What to Expect
We've streamlined the format, but we haven't cut corners on what matters: the content.
The day kicks off with registration and networking over coffee, followed by an Opening Keynote that sets the tone for where Xurrent is headed. From there, you'll get a look at our Product Roadmap — what's coming, what's in progress, and what it means for you.
The afternoon goes deeper. We're running Breakout Sessions, a Product Deep Dive, iPaaS training, and a Customer Showcase where you'll hear directly from peers in the Xurrent community about how they're solving real challenges with the platform. And because it wouldn't be a Xurrent event without it, we'll be dedicating time to our AI Update — sharing the latest on how we're embedding intelligence into the product and what that means for IT service and operations management.
We close the formal programme around 4:30 PM, and then it's drinks and bites — because some of the best conversations happen away from the stage.
Why This Matters to Me Personally
I've been in the ITSM and ITOM space long enough to know that our industry moves fast — and staying connected to what's actually happening on the ground, in real organisations, is what keeps us sharp as a vendor. Events like Spark aren't just an opportunity for us to share what we're building. They're a chance for me and the team to listen, learn, and be reminded of the trust our customers place in us.
If you've ever thought about joining a Connect event but couldn't make it work logistically or financially, this is the moment. We've removed the friction on purpose.
I'll be there. Come say hello.
Register Today
Spots are limited at each location, so I'd encourage you not to wait. You can find full details and register at https://www.xurrent.com/event/xurrent-spark.
Whether you're a long-time customer, a partner, or just curious about what Xurrent is doing in the ITSM and ITOM space — you're welcome at the table.
See you in June.

Spark Is Here — And This Time, We're Handing You the Keys to Our iPaaS
Xurrent's iPaaS has been powering our own integrations for six months — and at Spark 2026, we're handing live beta access to every Enterprise attendee who joins our hands-on training. Come build something with us in London, Antwerp, or Munich.

A Letter From Our CEO: Our Path Forward
When I joined Xurrent as CEO in February, I made a commitment to myself before I made any commitments publicly: I would listen before I led. I would get in front of customers, sit down with our partners, and spend real time with the incredible team that built this platform — before I said a word about where I thought we were going.
