To ensure that a consistent naming convention is used, the report ‘Applied Request Templates’ has been renamed to ‘Requests by Template’. Similarly, the report ‘Applied Knowledge Articles’ has been renamed to ‘Requests by Knowledge Article’.
By applying a more strict naming convention, reports should be easier to find when adding them to a dashboard, or when using the Search box to filter the view in the ‘Reports’ section in the Analytics console.
The report names that started with ‘Registered Requests by …’ have been renamed to ‘Requests by …’ for the same reason. For example, the report ‘Registered Requests by Organization’ is now simply called ‘Requests by Organization’.
