Filter SLA Reports by Request Source

A new filter has been added to the SLA reports that can be found in the β€˜Reports’ section of the Analytics console.Β  This new filter is called β€˜Request source’.Β  It can be used to limit the data for the affected SLA records that a report uses to just those affected SLAs that are linked to requests that were submitted from a specific source.Β  This source could be, for example, the Xurrent Specialist Interface, Xurrent Self Service, email, or any connected monitoring tool.
