Filter SLA Reports by Request Source
A new filter has been added to the SLA reports that can be found in the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console. This new filter is called ‘Request source’. It can be used to limit the data for the affected SLA records that a report uses to just those affected SLAs that are linked to requests that were submitted from a specific source. This source could be, for example, the Xurrent Specialist Interface, Xurrent Self Service, email, or any connected monitoring tool.
