Status Visible When Selecting Configuration Items
To help specialists when they are linking a configuration item (CI) to a request, problem, implementation task, service instance or to another CI, the status of the CIs is now also presented when a list of CIs is suggested.
Because the vast majority of the CIs that show up as suggestions will have the status ‘In Production’, this status will not be displayed. That should make sure that the interesting status values stand out more.
