Filter Configuration Items by User and Organization
Two more filters have become available for the configuration item (CI) views and reports. The new filters are called ‘User’ and ‘User organization’.
The ‘User’ filter makes it possible to look up the CIs of a specific person.
The ‘User organization’ filter can be used to retrieve only the CIs of people who belong to a specific organization.
In addition to adding these two filters, a related report has also been added. This new report is called ‘Configuration Items by User Organization’.
