Do Not Allow Requests to Be Submitted for Others
By default, the option that allows people to submit requests for others used to be switched on in the ‘Self Service Settings’ section of the Settings console. To avoid surprises for support organizations that are just starting out with Xurrent, this option is now turned off by default.
Henceforth, a conscious decision by an account administrator is required to enable this option. To help Xurrent administrators, the hint text for this option now provides a more detailed description.
