Custom collection elements are special records that could not be registered using one of the standard record types available in the Xurrent service. Each custom collection element belongs to one custom collection. These custom collection elements have their own view, but can also be viewed from the custom collection record. This is preferred by many users, as it adds overview and makes the custom collection elements easier to manage. The screenshot below shows the custom collection elements that are linked to the custom collection ‘Transaction Codes’.
When a custom collection element contains a UI extension, this is now displayed on the modal (pop-up) of the custom collection elements, which is shown when it is opened from the ‘Custom collection’ view. This small usability update should make custom collection elements with custom fields just a bit easier to manage.

A Letter From Our CEO: What I've Learned, What I Believe, and Where We're Headed Together
When I joined Xurrent as CEO in February, I made a commitment to myself before I made any commitments publicly: I would listen before I led. I would get in front of customers, sit down with our partners, and spend real time with the incredible team that built this platform — before I said a word about where I thought we were going.
