When a specialist looks at a configuration item in View mode, several attributes are visible that are in fact not from the Configuration Item record type but from the Product record type it is related to. To emphasize this, while at the same time aligning the names with the filter names for configuration items, some field labels of the CI form in View mode have been adjusted.
- ‘Brand’ is now ‘Product brand’
- ‘Category’ is now ‘Product category’
- ‘Model’ is now ‘Product model’
No changes have been made to the respective field names, and no APIs were impacted by this enhancement.
