A new product category has been added, because several organizations indicated a need for it. This new category is called ‘Security Certificate’.

It was already possible for organizations to add this category by themselves in the ‘Product Category‘ section of the Settings console, but now it is available by default in all Xurrent accounts.

This new category should make it easier for organizations to start managing their SSL certificates in Xurrent. After their security certificates have been registered in the CMDB, they can use recurring changes to ensure that people do not accidentally forget to renew them before they expire.
