On the person record of someone who is a manager of at least one other person, a ‘Managing’ section has recently been added. When opening this section, everyone who reports to this person can be seen listed. This field can now also be accessed with automation rules. This makes it possible to find users who are managers, or who do not manage anybody.
Automation rules can now be created that create a task for management approval, unless the requested_for person is a manager himself.
