Insights & updates from our experts
In the last few weeks, several usability improvements to the Reservations capability were introduced, as suggested by one of our customers during the latest Customer Advisory Board meeting. As a final step for this effort (at least for now), two new email templates of type âReservationâ are introduced.
Although several email templates were already available for reservations, in some cases a notification was sent by Xurrent based on an email template for requests. This was the case when the status of the reservation changed to either âReservation Pendingâ or âReservation Endedâ.

The added email templates make it possible to add more flexibility to the communication with the users. It is now possible, for example, to send a notification to the person who borrowed some equipment saying that this equipment is expected back in a certain state, and at a certain time and place, without stating that the request is already completed.

How Long Should ITSM Implementation Really Take in 2026?
