A small usability enhancement has been made to automation rules on request templates. Unlike automation rules on task templates, which can be edited either on the task template or on the task itself, request template automation rules could only be edited on the template, and not on the requests. This has now been aligned. To do this, the automation rule can be accessed via the Actions menu on a request on which an automation rule was executed.

Mind that, when editing the automation rule in this way, the rule is only changed for that request, and not for the request template.
