Two More Request Filters

When a view is opened that lists completed requests, it is now possible to filter this view on the satisfaction response provided by the requester. But the β€˜Satisfaction’ filter is not the only new filter that has been added for request views. The β€˜Account’ filter has also become available.

The combination of these two filters makes it possible for managed service providers to look up the requests that they completed for a specific customer, and to see which solutions the original requester was not happy with.

The β€˜Satisfaction’ and β€˜Account’ filters are also available for the request reports that can be found in the β€˜Reports’ section of Xurrent’s Analytics console.
