Two new reports have been added to help organizations generate an overview of amount of time, and the number of times, work is performed for each service. These new reports can be found in the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console and are called:
- Time Spent by Service
- Time Entries by Service

The same filters can be applied to these new reports as to the other time entry reports that were already available. This means that the new reports can, for example, be filtered by ‘Type’. So when the filter Type is Request is applied, the report includes only the time entries that were added to requests.
