Today, I am excited to announce that Frank Bakker has officially joined the Xurrent team. In his new role as Director Strategic Accounts, Frank will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with enterprise customers and partners on Europe’s mainland. Frank has a long history in our industry with service management products from Peregrine, BMC Software and ServiceNow. After Frank made his move from Logicalis to infraVision in 2013, he was introduced to Xurrent. Since then, he has helped multiple enterprise organizations migrate away from their traditional service management solutions to Xurrent’s modern cloud-based capabilities that allow organizations to work together with their providers. Frank is based in the Netherlands. From there, he will be working closely together with his Dutch, Belgian, Austrian and Polish colleagues.
