A new usability feature has been added that prevents users from accidentally closing a browser tab if that tab contains any unsaved changes in Xurrent. So if someone was busy submitting a new request and pressed the little Ă— in the tab (or Ctrl + W), the following dialog will now pop up:

This same dialog pops up when another page is trying to load in a browser tab that contains unsaved Xurrent changes. This can happen when the browser tab was originally opened by another application (such as a CTI client) that is now trying to open another link in the same tab.
