Added Phase Filter for Workflow Reports
A few weeks ago, the new workflow status ‘In Progress’ was introduced, replacing the old statuses ‘Risk & Impact’, ‘Approval’ and ‘Implementation’. This means that whenever a workflow task of the category ‘Risk & Impact’, ‘Approval’ or ‘Implementation’ is in progress, the workflow status is set to ‘In Progress’. By defining separate phases within the workflow, workflow managers can see the current phase of the workflow in the Workflow Progress Tracker. To be able to report on these phases, a new ‘Phase’ filter option has now been added to reports related to workflows that are not yet completed.

These phase names are also shown directly beneath the subjects of the workflows.

The ‘Phase’ column is also added as a customizable column to the ‘Workflows’ view.
