Skill Pools Accessible to Financial Manager
Skill pools are groups of people who share a specific capability. A fixed hourly cost can be attributed to a skill pool to help project managers estimate the cost of tasks for which the specific assignees are not yet known. When such tasks are linked to a skill pool, the cost per hour is used to estimate the cost of completing the task, which is subsequently added to the total estimated cost of effort for the project.
Because this concerns financial information, the Financial Manager role has now been given the access rights needed to read and update the value in the Cost per hour field of skill pools.

When a financial manager places a skill pool in Edit mode, only the Cost per hour field and its currency can be updated.
