The shortcut keys in the Xurrent Specialist Interface have been simplified. In the past, users could open a record’s audit trail with the key combination Ctrl+Shift+T. Users can now press Shift+T instead to achieve the same result. The same goes for the other 3-key combinations that could be used to initiate an action from the Actions menu. They now require the Shift key to be pressed, plus one other key.
The available shortcuts vary depending on the record that is selected. They can be found in the Actions menu, which can be opened by pressing the Actions button in the toolbar.
