Responsible People No Longer Visible for External Customers
When a customer has linked its Xurrent account with the Xurrent account of an external provider, and the provider has registered an SLA for the customer, then the customer is able to see the service of the provider’s SLA. In the past, when the customer would open this service record, for example by selecting it in the ‘Services’ view of the Records console, the customer could see the names of the provider’s people who had a responsibility for the service.

Because this is probably a little more information than the provider wants to share with its customers, the names of the people who have a responsibility for a service are now hidden for external customers. Henceforth, only people who have the Auditor, Specialist, Account Designer or Account Administrator role of the account in which a service is registered can see the names of the people who have a responsibility for the service.
