The recently released feature that makes it easy to copy the ID of records such as requests and tasks received positive feedback. That is why more fields now offer specialists the ‘Copy to clipboard’ feature. The additional fields for which this feature has become available are:
Request, Problem, Change Task & Project Task Field
- Supplier request ID
Invoice Fields
- PO number
- Invoice number
Configuration Item Fields
- System ID
- Serial number
- PO number
- Asset ID
Person Fields
- Support ID
- Authentication ID
- Employee ID
These are all fields that contain values that are frequently needed to be able to find records in other applications. That is why being able to quickly copy the value of such field values will make the lives of specialists just a little more pleasant.
