Automation Rules Also Duplicated When Duplicating Request Templates
The ability to duplicate templates has been available for a few years already. It is widely used to speed up the creation of new templates. After the introduction of automation rules for changes and projects, the duplication functionality was extended to also duplicate the related automation rules when a change (task) template or project (task) template is duplicated.
Now the duplication functionality has been extended further to ensure that, when a request template is duplicated, a copy of the automation rules that are linked to it get added to the new request template.
