Audit trails are there so that every update on a record is captured for possible analysis later. Some audit trails have become rather long, and are difficult to navigate. For that reason, two changes have been made to them. Firstly, instead of 10 audit lines per page, Xurrent now shows 100 lines. This removes the need to navigate to next pages of audit lines for most requests. It also helps when performing a standard text search (ctrl-f) for a specific entry.
Second, a filter has been added to the audit lines, filtering out the notes and notification messages by default. These audit lines are often less useful, and are visible in the record itself anyway. By clicking the ‘Show all’ link all audit lines, including the notes and notifications, are displayed.

A Letter From Our CEO: Our Path Forward
When I joined Xurrent as CEO in February, I made a commitment to myself before I made any commitments publicly: I would listen before I led. I would get in front of customers, sit down with our partners, and spend real time with the incredible team that built this platform — before I said a word about where I thought we were going.
