For specialists it has become possible to add the first time entry to a request, problem or task without having to place it in Edit mode. To make this possible, the ‘Time Entries’ section is now presented in View mode, even when there are no time entries to be displayed. In such cases, the ‘Add Time Entry…’ option can be pressed without first opening the ‘Time Entries’ section.

If one or more time entries are already related to the assignment, the ‘Time Entries’ section is collapsed by default in View mode, just like was in the past. In such cases this section can be expanded to make the ‘Add Time Entry…’ option accessible.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
