Two new reports have been added to the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console. The ‘Actual Versus Planned for Open Requests’ report compares the time spent on the requests to the planned effort of open requests. The ‘Actual Versus Planned for Completed Requests’ report does the same for already completed requests.

Both reports do not take time spent on related workflows and problems into account. For this, two other reports already exist: ‘Actual Versus Planned for Completed Workflows and Related Requests and Problems’ and ‘Actual Versus Planned for Open Workflows and Related Requests and Problems’.
