Account Sync: Service Catalog

The Xurrent^® Account Sync feature, which makes it possible to easily copy configuration data to other environments, has once more been expanded. This time, a large part of the service catalog has been made available for selection. This includes service categories (allowing services to be grouped together), services, and service instances.

Note, that if in a sync set only service categories are selected, the services and other related record types are not included. If only the service category is selected then services are included but service instances are not. Other related record types, such as teams, agile boards, etc., are included. When a sync set includes service instances, the service and other related records are included (just like in a regular export).

Many more record types, such as service offerings, service level agreements, and first line support agreements will be added at a later stage.
