Request templates can now also be synchronized between different environments using the Xurrent Account Sync feature. When a request template is added to a sync set as a type, all related automation rules are included as well, just as reservation offerings, UI extensions, and many other related record types. An example of this is shown in the image to the right.
Standard service requests are now also included with the synchronization of service offerings. If a task template has a request template related to it for request generation, that request template is now also automatically included.
The next step in the development of this feature will be to add the possibility to synchronize selected records of a record type.
