Palo Alto, California, January 04, 2018 – ITRP has changed its name to Xurrent. The evolution of the service management industry beyond IT was the prime driver behind this name change.
More and more organizations now provide their employees with a single self-service portal that allows them to quickly get support from any department. The new name was chosen to emphasize the fact that this portal dynamically adjusts itself to provide each employee a personalized experience.
