It is now possible to set and update the Created by field of knowledge articles using the import functionality of Xurrent. This can be important for organizations that want to migrate their knowledge base from an old knowledge management system to Xurrent.
The Created by field must contain a person who has the Specialist or Account Administrator role in the account in which the knowledge article is registered. Only a knowledge manager or account administrator can set the Created by field. Apart from being able to use the import functionality to set the Created by field of knowledge articles, it is now also possible to set this field using the Xurrent GraphQL API or the Xurrent REST API.
