When a service desk analyst enters some text in the Requester field of the Service Desk console, Xurrent suggests all person records that match all or part of this text in the following fields:
- Name
- Support ID
- Authentication ID
- Employee ID
- Organization

Now Xurrent checks the same fields for a match wherever a person record can be selected. This can be helpful, for example, when a project manager is selecting an assignee for a project task, or when a configuration manager selects the user of a configuration item.
