When change managers start to register a new change, they are prompted to select a change template. In the past, a dropdown field would allow them to select the appropriate template for the change they needed to register. But since some organizations already have over 1,000 change templates in their Xurrent account, the dropdown field has been upgraded to a suggest field.
The suggest field makes it easier for change managers, because they can now filter the list of options by entering the first few characters of one or multiple words that are part of the subject of the change template they are looking for.

The Change template field of the Request Template form has also been upgraded. This ensures that service desk managers benefit from the same improvement when they need to link a change template to a request template.
