When someone performs a search in Xurrent Self Service, the search results may contain several services. For each service, Xurrent now also displays the support domain and service category.
The extra information is mainly intended to show which department the user can rely on to provide first line support for the service. It also helps to distinguish between services when the user is supported by multiple support domains that have given their services similar names.
