Since the original release of the Xurrent Account Sync feature, a number of record types have been added to the list of records that can be synchronized between different environments. As of today, that list also includes Custom Views.
When a snapshot is made for a sync set of a custom view, relevant custom collections, custom collection elements and UI extensions are automatically included as well.
