A few weeks ago, it became possible to export the organization records of external customers and external providers. The export files that contain these trusted organizations now have an additional column called ‘Organization Account’. This column contains the ID of the Xurrent account in which the organization records are registered.

The account ID is the subdomain of the URL that organizations use to access their Xurrent account. Having the account ID, a service provider can, for example, include a URL in their invoices for each request that they resolved for the customers that they have a Xurrent trust relation with. Those hyperlinks then allow the external customers to open their requests in their organization’s Xurrent account with a single click from the invoices they receive from their provider.

A Letter From Our CEO: What I've Learned, What I Believe, and Where We're Headed Together
When I joined Xurrent as CEO in February, I made a commitment to myself before I made any commitments publicly: I would listen before I led. I would get in front of customers, sit down with our partners, and spend real time with the incredible team that built this platform — before I said a word about where I thought we were going.
