An experienced Support Expert has joined Xurrent’s Security and Compliance team. We are delighted to welcome Stefan Hofer to the team.
Stefan brings over ten years of IT support experience, working for companies like APA-IT, Strabag/BRVZ IT, Semizen EDV (Information Technology & Services), and Austrian mobility partner ASFINAG. Aside from working with Xurrent’s service management solution, he has experience with HP OpenView, Omnitracker ITSM, and OTRS.
After having spent a year and a half traveling the world, Stefan is all charged up for his new role at Xurrent. Stefan will be in charge of IT Experience and will assist internal Xurrent staff members, as well as Xurrent customers and partners. In addition, he will assist Xurrent’s Chief Compliance Officer, Thomas Fruhstuck, with compliance-related tasks.
I got in contact with Xurrent through Thomas Fruhstuck, who I worked with at APA-IT. The Xurrent platform is by far the best performing and most intuitive service management solution I know, making my job as a Support Expert much easier. I look forward to further improving the processes and IT experience of colleagues, customers, and partners.
