If a workflow task contains one or more automation rules, the automation rules icon is shown next to that task in the Gantt chart of that workflow. Clicking on that icon enables the user to review those rules. A similar icon, but then of a request template, is now displayed when a workflow task generates a request.

When this icon is clicked, the related request template is opened in a pop-up. In the Gantt chart, the request template icon is shown next to the task as long as the task is not assigned. As soon as the task is assigned and a request is generated, the request icon is shown instead.

Clicking this icon opens the request that was generated from the task.
