Workflow summaries in PDF can be important for approvers when deciding if a task can be approved or not. These workflow summaries can be designed in the ‘PDF Designs’ section of the Settings console. To help approvers decide if a shop order should be approved, the fields of the shop order lines of a request for purchase are now made available for PDF designs.
