End users will see a different icon for the request templates in their Self Service search results. The intent of the new icon is to signal more clearly that selecting a request template from the list of search results will open a new request.

The combination of the ‘Request’ icon (the call symbol) with the ‘Add’ icon (the plus sign) should make this a little more intuitive.
The same icon is now also used for request templates in the search results within the Service Desk console. That improves the usability a little for the service desk analysts as well.
