When an enterprise employee needs to register a new request for a colleague, the option ‘Submit this request for someone else’ can be used to select this colleague. To make sure that the right person is selected, users can press the small information icon next to the name of one of the suggested people. After this icon has been pressed, a preview with some information about this person pops up.
In the past this popup showed the picture, name, local time and organization of the selected person. Now the person’s job title, plus the name of the site where the person normally works, are also presented. In large organizations where some people’s name may not be unique, this should help avoid situations where people might accidentally select the wrong person.
