A few weeks ago, an enhancement was released that grouped time entries on requests, tasks, project tasks and problems by person, providing more overview when many time entries are registered on those records. On Xurrent® Self Service, however, end users only see their own time entries. The consolidated time entries on request, task, project task and problem records in Xurrent Self Service are now drill-downable.
When an end user clicks on the total time spent for a project task, for example, the ‘My Time Entries’ view opens, giving the end user the possibility to add or edit the time entries for that task.
