The ability to add keywords to request templates, knowledge articles and services makes it possible to help users find a record when they search for it using words that are not included in any of the record’s text fields.

What’s new is that Xurrent now automatically removes any duplicate words from the Keywords field. This new feature ensures that people do not accidentally add keywords that were already entered before. Without duplicates, the Keywords field is easier to maintain and the translation effort for translators is minimized.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
