The report ‘Completed Changes by Completion Reason‘ has been added to the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console. It is not terribly special, but it should help organizations when they review their completed changes.

Especially since the addition of the two extra completion reasons, this report should be a good starting point when looking for ways to make the change management process more consistently effective.
