
Another webchat app is available from the Xurrent App Store: Click4Assistance. This app, which features an AI-powered chatbot called Coni, is aimed especially at the UK market. There, it has gained traction as an ISO 27001 and (UK) GDPR compliant tool for businesses, public services, local authorities, and more.
The app can be installed in just a few clicks, but an account_ID must first be acquired from Click4Assistance. A list of all integrations with Xurrent can be found on the Integrations page of the Xurrent website.
