Insights & updates from our experts
Changes in organizations, for example when teams merge or people depart, usually mean that assignee(s) or the team of task templates needs to be updated. To accommodate organizations in these and other situations, a number of useful filters have been added to the views for ‘Task Templates’ and ‘Project Templates’.
To the ‘Task Templates’ view, filters for ‘Skill pool’, ‘Team’ and ‘Assignee’ have been added. When a person is selected in the ‘Assignee’ filter, only the task templates where this person is either the member or an approver will be presented in the view.

To the ‘Project Task Templates’ view, only a filter for ‘Assignee’ has been added, as ‘Skill pool’ and ‘Team’ were already available there.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
